Keep separate accounts
Create an account for each person or shop. Add optional contact details and an opening balance to reflect an existing due.
Track who owes you, record payments, and understand each balance without scattered notes or complicated spreadsheets.

A simpler way to keep track
Hishab Ledger is an offline-first Android app for personal dues and receivables. Create a record for a person, add due or payment entries, and check the running balance whenever you need it.
Use it to keep track of money someone owes you or money you owe someone. The app stores its ledger on your device and does not require an account to use its core features.
What you can do
Record each transaction and return to a clear history when you need to check a balance.
Create an account for each person or shop. Add optional contact details and an opening balance to reflect an existing due.
Save each due or payment with an amount, date and optional note. The app updates the account balance from the recorded transactions.
Check an account’s current balance, totals and transaction history instead of searching through old messages or paper notes.
Generate a PDF statement with the account’s full history, share a text summary with recent entries, or export active transactions to CSV.
Core ledger data is stored in app-private device storage. You can use the ledger without signing up or staying connected to the internet.
Enable an optional PIN lock. Biometric or device-credential authentication is available where the device supports it.
Export a JSON backup and restore it later. Imported records can be merged with existing data or used to replace the current ledger.
Choose Bangla or English, select Light, Dark or System appearance, and use home-screen shortcuts to start adding a due or payment.
How it works
Keep the routine straightforward: set up an account, record what happened, then review the ledger when needed.
Add a person or shop and, if needed, enter an opening balance.
Enter the amount, transaction date and an optional note.
Check the balance and history, then export or share a statement if needed.
Privacy and control
Core ledger operations work without an internet connection. Your ledger is stored locally in the app’s private internal storage.
Export a JSON backup when you want a copy. The Google Drive option opens the installed Drive app’s upload flow when available; it is not automatic cloud backup or synchronization.
You can enable a PIN lock and use device-supported biometric or credential authentication. This is an additional access control, not a substitute for keeping backups safe.
App details
The app is designed for record-keeping. It does not move money or verify whether a recorded transaction actually occurred.
